Service Description

What the kids will be doing: Step into the world of wands, potions, and magical creatures in this enchanting wizard class. A special character will make an appearance for a meet and greet, adding a touch of enchantment to the day. Kids will begin with spellbinding themed games and activities, getting a taste of what it's like to be a real wizard. Next, they'll join a magical dance party before receiving their very own wand as a gift. Kids will then dive into a potion making where the character will spend 30 minutes guiding them through a magical creation. The day wraps up with photos to capture the magic and a cake-cutting ceremony to celebrate their wizarding accomplishments! *All packages include 30 km travel and a character attendant. An Event is confirmed on payment of the Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of any cancellation of the Event or termination of the Agreement for any reason, no liability shall fall upon Princess Maggie's in respect of any loss sustained or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person as a result thereof. The Customer is advised to insure against such loss. Princess Maggie's may cancel or terminate the Services in relation to the Event, with immediate effect without prejudice to its rights, if: there is any significant omission from or a misstatement in the Booking Form by the Customer; the Event may, in the sole discretion of Princess Maggie's, lead to a breach of peace, acts of violence or possible damage to our staff or our supplies or bring Princess Maggie's into disrepute; the Event or any act in relation thereto contravenes any applicable legislation or statutory regulations including, without limitation, the Occupational Health and Safety Act; the Customer is placed under final sequestration, liquidation, business rescue or similar circumstances; or there is any breach of the Agreement which is capable of remedy and the Customer fails to remedy such breach upon written notice to do so within the period set out in such notice. In the event of a cancellation or termination, the Fees paid will be forfeited and in addition, the Customer shall be liable to Princess Maggie's for any costs, expenses and losses incurred by Princess Maggie's as a result of such cancellation or termination. Princess Maggie's may cancel or terminate the Services in relation to the Event on 7 (seven) days written notice to the Customer, if: There is any reason our performers cannot perform to their full capability due to illness or serious injury. In the event of a cancellation or termination by Princess Maggie's, the Fees paid will be refunded to the Customer. If the Customer cancels the Event: no cancellation fee is applicable should the Customer cancel 14 (fourteen) days prior to the Event; a cancellation fee of 50 % (fifty per cent) of the Fees will be levied should the Customer cancel 13 (thirteen) days prior to the Event; a cancellation fee of 100 % (one hundred per cent) of the Fees will be levied should the Customer cancel less than 7 (seven) days prior to the Event
